Getting started is simple. Our team will guide you through each step of the enrollment process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Complete our referral or contact form, or reach out by phone or email. We'll learn more about your child's needs and explain our services.
Step 2: Insurance Verification
We'll verify your insurance benefits and discuss your coverage, authorization requirements, and any financial responsibilities before services begin.
Step 3: Intake & Assessment
You'll complete our intake paperwork, and one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will conduct a comprehensive assessment to better understand your child's strengths, needs, and goals.
Step 4: Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child's unique needs. We'll review the plan with you and answer any questions before requesting insurance authorization.
Step 5: Begin Services
Once authorization is received, we'll match your family with the appropriate clinical team and begin services. Throughout treatment, you'll receive regular updates, parent coaching, and ongoing collaboration to ensure your child continues making meaningful progress.
