With a Doctorate in Education and a background in school-based leadership, Dr. Merritt brings both clinical understanding and educational insight to the work we do. Available Positions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Position Overview:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings. RBTs implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and play a critical role in supporting client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and families
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview:
The BCBA serves as the clinical leader, responsible for developing, overseeing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
Collaborate with families and school teams
Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Strong leadership and clinical skills
Experience in ABA service delivery
Behavior Technician (Entry-Level / Trainee)
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals interested in beginning a career in ABA. Behavior Technicians receive training and supervision while working toward RBT certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing therapy sessions
Learn ABA principles and intervention strategies
Support data collection and session documentation
Participate in training and supervision meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Interest in working with children and behavioral health
Willingness to complete RBT training
